Here, we’ve consolidated easy, yet delicious recipes and mixology tricks so that you can create the best cocktails at home. 

1. Mojito

A refreshing, minty Mojito is one of the most popular classic cocktails in the world. Just one sip of this Latin-inspired drink will transport you to a sunny beach.  

Ingredients:

  • White rum - 2 oz

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Some soda water - to taste

  • Granulated sugar - 1tsp

  • A handful of mint leaves

How to mix:

  1. Muddle mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice.

  2. Pour the mixture into a tall glass.

  3. Add some ice.

  4. Pour the rum.

  5. Stir with a long-handled spoon .

  6. Pour soda water.

  7. Garnish the cocktail with mint.

2. Strawberry Daiquiri

Do you prefer fruity cocktails? Then you’ll appreciate this recipe! To tell the truth, it’s difficult to resist the mix of rum and sweet berries. 

Ingredients:

  • Ice - 1 cup

  • Fresh lime juice - ½ oz

  • Light rum - 2 oz

  • Simple syrup - 1 oz

  • Fresh or frozen strawberries - 3-4 large, sliced berries

  • Strawberry slices for garnish

How to mix:

  1. Mix strawberries, simple syrup, lime juice, rum, and ice in a blender.

  2. Blend ingredients until smooth.

  3. Pour it into a chilled cocktail glass.

  4. Garnish with strawberry slices.

  5. If the cocktail is too thin, add some ice and blend again.

3. Pina Colada

Pina Colada is another fun and fruity cocktail perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • White rum - 2 oz

  • Pineapple juice - 4 oz

  • Coconut cream - 2 oz

  • A handful of ice

  • A wedge of pineapple for garnish

How to mix:

  1. Blend all ingredients with a handful of ice until smooth.

  2. Pour into a tall cocktail glass.

  3. Garnish with pineapple slices, colorful straws, and kitsch umbrellas. 

4. Lime Margarita

Ingredients:

  • Tequila - 1 ½ oz

  • Tripe sec - ½ oz

  • Fresh lime juice - 1oz

  • Ice - 1 cup

  • Lime wedge for garnish

How to mix:

  1. Optionally - salt the rim of the chilled glass

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  3. Pour the contents into the prepared glass

  4. Garnish with a lime slice.

5. Rum Punch

This sunshine-striped tipple is one of the best holiday cocktails. Just make sure to use dark or golden rum to give your drink spiced mellowness.   

Ingredients:

  • Fresh lime juice - 3 oz

  • Fresh orange juice - 6 oz

  • Golden rum - 5 oz

  • Dash of grenadine syrup

  • Dash of Angostura bitters

  • Sugar syrup - 2 oz

  • Ice cubes

  • Pinch of grated nutmeg

  • Maraschino cherries and orange slices for garnish

How to mix:

  1. Pour rum, grenadine, Angostura bitters, sugar syrup, and juices into a jug and stir the contents well.

  2. Place it into the fridge for 1 hour

  3. Serve the drink over ice cubes in a tall cocktail glass 

  4. Sprinkle over the nutmeg

  5. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry

6. Chi-Chi

Chi-chi is our favorite weekend treat! It’s a beautiful blue-colored twist of ice-cream and vodka on a pina colada. 

Ingredients:

  • Ice - ½ cup

  • Blue Curacao - ½ oz

  • Vodka - 2 oz

  • Fresh, cubed pineapple - ½ cup

  • Cream of coconut - ½ oz

  • Vanilla ice-cream - 1 scoop

  • Pineapple slice for garnish

How to mix it:

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.

  3. Garnish with a pineapple slice. 

7. Cosmopolitan

This popular cocktail is a perfect balance of sour and sweet flavors with a fresh hint of citrus. You can replace vodka with tequila or add some champagne to the finished cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • Triple sec - ½ oz

  • Lemon vodka - 1.5 oz

  • Lime juice - ½ oz

  • Cranberry juice - 1oz

  • Lime wedge for garnish

  • Ice

How to mix:

  1. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Pour the contents into a martini glass.

  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.

8. Bushwacker

Cocktails are not all about fruits! If you like coffee and chocolate, relax with a perfectly creamy Bushwacker.

Ingredients:

  • Coffee liqueur - 1 oz

  • Dark rum - 1 oz

  • Dark creme de cacao - 1 oz

  • Cream of coconut - 2 oz

  • Milk - 2 oz

  • Ice - 1 cup

How to mix:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour the contents into a chilled tall glass.

9. Negroni

Negroni is a punchy, slightly bitter cocktail, it can become your ideal dinner time aperitive.

Ingredients:

  • Sweet vermouth - 1 oz

  • Gin - 1 oz

  • Campari - 1 oz

  • Ice

  • Orange slice for the garnish

How to mix:

  1. Pour vermouth, gin, and Campari into a jug with ice.

  2. Stir it well.

  3. Add more ice.

  4. Garnish with an orange slice..

10. Frozen Banana Split Cocktail

This boozy milkshake is just amazing! It blends all the flavors of the ice cream dessert into one tasty drink.

Ingredients:

  • Strawberry vodka - 1 oz

  • Chocolate vodka - 1 ½ oz

  • 1 frozen and sliced banana

  • Vanilla ice-cream - 1 cup

  • Pineapple juice - ½ oz

  • Milk - ½ cup

How to mix:

  1. Bend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour the contents into a chilled glass.

  3. Garnish with the topping you like: chocolate sauce, whipped cream, or maraschino cherries.
