Guess what?
I have got a delicious fruity thing to share with you all today!

What? You want to know what it is already? You know it’s a surprise, so can’t tell you. And anyways a surprise is better to be a surprise! 😉
You have to guess it on your own! Guess, guess, guess some more. Yes, yes, a little more! I know you are nearly there, just a little push and you will surely be there! 🙂
However, it’s another story that this is not a kind of a surprise you’d expect. It’s about today’s recipe. And I know you all can see what I am hiding in this post! 😉
AHHHH! That’s not fair! I wanted you all to make a guess about my dish today, but you can simply scroll down the page and read the name, or may be you have read that already in the heading! 😉
Now tell me, tell me — how many of you have read the name already? I can virtually see everyone’s raising their hands. Am I right?

So as you all know the name of my simplistic, holistic dish by now! I would not waste any efforts in writing it again!
But wait! That’s not it. The secret is yet to be revealed. The name you read here is ‘Strawberry Cheesecake Dip For Fruits and Snacks’, but the actual name of dish is ‘Skinny Strawberry Cheesecake Dip For Fruits and Snacks’! Yes, ‘skinny’ was the part I was hiding.
I like to call it ‘skinny’ as I have used light cream cheese and light whip cream in the recipe, which absolutely makes it skinny!
Tell me, did you guess that? 😉 That’s why I will still have to say the name, once more. 😉 The real name of dish is ‘Skinny Strawberry Cheesecake Dip For fruits and Snacks’!! I am feeling much better now when I have revealed the secret to you! 😉
There is no doubt that this is one of the simplest dishes ever. And whenever I am confused what to do with some leftover berries, I usually go with cheesecake dip.
It’s for a pretty simple reason. I just imagine dipping my savory-sweet snacks in this chilled, thick, creamy rich and fruity dip! Seriously, that is a such a content moment — *SIGH*.

I mean, who doesn’t want a sweet, classic, rich and healthy dip? We all want it badly, and this is not our fault. Nature made us to crave for sweet stuff, and this is the same reason why a child always loves to eat sweet stuff. Glucose is the main thing that helps us keeping charged, and this energy need most often gets fulfilled with natural and artificial sweet stuff. This time I am adding both to this dip!
Now talking about my favorite topic other than food, the ‘weather’. It seems like weather is irritated enough with my talks of not having enough warmth here. And decided to send us some warmth finally.
And yeah! We are having some warm sunshine here! Currently, it’s 19°C, so it’s kind of warm! 🙂
I wonder what if the ‘weather’ would be a person, our chit-chat might have gone something like this:
Me: “How long do we need to wait for the summer”?
Weather: “When the time would come, there will be summer.”
Me: “It is the end of June, don’t you think it’s time already?”
Weather: “I told you, it will be there when it’s time. Anyways, ‘Who can tell where the summer goes, where the wind stays? Only time.’” 😉
Me: “Okay, fine! Don’t tell me, if you don’t want to.”
Weather: “Stop talking and check outside, I have already sent some warmth on your way.”
Me: “Oh! Really? Thank you, thank you. Now I can make some of my favorite summer meals, and click some beautiful photos. You are so generous.”
Weather: “Alright, alright! Stop praising me, I am blushing now. You better go and click your pictures or you will start blaming me again 😉 ”

So this would have been a chit-chat between us! After this interesting weather chat, let’s talk about our cheesecake dip again.
Talking about cheesecakes, the first thought which comes to my mind is of my little girl Adoria. She really loves cheesecake desserts. It’s like I have to make so many mini servings just for her, as I really don’t eat them often.
Usually, I don’t share all of my mini-cheesecake recipes here. But this one here I can’t really help myself though. It is so rich, cold, creamy, sweet, delicious and healthy. I call it healthy as here I am using light cream cheese. Isn’t it a great option?
This Strawberry Cheesecake Dip of fruits and Snacks is made with just four ingredients. And only a little mixing is required! Basically, this is ready in less than five minutes, plus chilling time.
This is a perfect snack for your little munchkins. They will love it for sure, and I am afraid that you might get lots of hugs and kisses in return, as they will be MAD about this cheesecake dip. 😉
Like mine does. So you better be ready for their love ATTACK! 🙂

Most of you know that I am a fruit-eater in a HUGE way. I love to eat them in any form, but sometimes I like to get wild and a little crazy and make cheesecake fruit dips.
This Strawberry Cheesecake Fruit Dip is so painless to make, and is super kid-friendly too. Yes, it is kid-friendly, as it is certified by my little fussy eater! 🙂
You must be thinking, is it only kid-friendly? Don’t worry, it’s adult-friendly too. My husband I and love it too! 🙂
I served this delish dip for appetizer when we had friends at home for Midsummer party. Everyone just loved it, and it was gone within minutes, and they asked for more if I had any. 🙂
Don’t blame me if this easy-peasy and YUMMYLICIOUS dip makes you drool! Just saying! 😉

This dip is magical and wonderful and so good for sure!
I LOVE real cheesecakes. But you know, usually they are loaded with full fat cream cheese, and tons of sugar. That’s too much to eat on a regular basis. So I try to silent my cheesecake cravings with this cheesecake dip. And this works wonder. This is another motivation for me to make this dip.
This dip is creamy with just the right amount of strawberry, whip cream, and sugar. The cream cheese gives it that slight cheesy tangy flavor like cheesecake.
Imagine dipping your favorite snack in cold, sweet fruity dip, and a plus of guilt free eating when you know it is healthier. So I present to you a good healthy skinny fruit dip that you can totally feel good about eating.

This dip is all about 4 ingredients. Strawberry, powdered sugar, light whip cream, and light cream cheese. Together they make it really great! It’s a gluten free treat, full of YUM!
