These Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites are vegan, gluten-free and are pretty easy to make. And frankly speaking, you don’t actually need any formal recipe to make these easy peasy bites.

But then, why am I sharing the recipe here? That’s another story. You know that I love anything made with chocolates. Right? I often make these quick bites for my little ‘A’, and me, because they have everything we love to eat.

Now she has started to understand the meaning of being a food blogger. In fact, she claims that she is a food blogger herself. Funny, I know. She also makes her pretend food and clicks photos with her toy camera as well.

How charming it is when your little one does something which you love to do. I do nothing except adoring her, even more, when she says something charming like she’s a food blogger. 🙂

So, the last time when I made these bites, she requested me to make a video. When I asked that she can make a video herself, then she said “No, mommy. I want you to make a video and take photos.

" Sometimes you just can’t say a simple NO to little ones, particularly when their requests are manageable like this.

Consequently, I made a video and later clicked the photos as well. And when I did these two things, I couldn’t stop myself from sharing it with you guys. Assuming that there will be some people who still don’t make these heavenly bites. So, this recipe tutorial might help them.

In fact, I always keep frozen bananas in my freezer because they make a perfect guilt free snack especially when you are craving for a dessert during late hours. Mmmm, frozen banana and peanut butter sandwiches coated with sweet and crunchy chocolate cover. Isn’t it dreamy?

If you are like me who makes these every other weekend then you must know how good these are.

By now you know about the frequently changing weather here. One day it is hot and another day it is not. Be it warm or cold, these bites would be a superhit at your place if you love all the 3-ingredients. Yes, they are made with only 3 ingredients.

Plus, the 4th one is ‘sprinkle’ which is totally optional. I had to add them because that’s how the little one likes these bites— vibrant and sparkly. If you love these 3 ingredients, then these bites are your new best friends!

This recipe requires melted chocolate which is super easy to make. You can check the double boiler method I presented earlier for melting chocolate here or the microwave method here. This is almost a no-heat recipe.

For this recipe, the only thing you need the heat is for melting the chocolate.

These Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites taste great with Korean Strawberry Milk, Dalgona Candy, and chocolate covered kiwi.
